Our range of both manual and CNC machinery allows us to meet the most demanding of customer requests:-

From one off or small to medium batch quantities of precision components in variety of metals,  including Ceramic (PSZ) Zirconia, Tungsten Carbide, all ferrous metals, stainless steel, tool steel, aluminium, aerospace grade alloys, other non-ferrous metals, plastic, nylon and more.

We have full Toolroom capabilities. 
These capabilities include:-

• CNC Milling
• Surface and Cylindrical Grinding
• Spark Erosion
• Metal Cutting
• Metal Fabrication - Welding
• One to Medium Batch Quantities
• Lathe Capacity - Up to 3 meters, between centres.

Our main activity is to machine components from drawings and samples.
These can range from simple washers to dies, jigs, gauges, fixtures, fabrication and manufacturing of special purpose machines.

We are happy to supply components complete from raw materials to finished products.
These may include:-  electroless nickel plating, powder coating, black oxiding, heat treatment, zinc plating etc...

 

Quality Control

At Amon Engineering we subject finished products to QUALITY CONTROL checks and are equipped with all the necessary equipment to insure high quality work.
Inspection Reports are available on requests.
